Power Projects

Overview

Our Projects

The electricity sector in Africa is characterised by a high level of government participation in most countries with limited private sector participation. While some unbundling of utilities has occurred across the continent, many countries still have vertically integrated utilities which has limited the development of the grids and hampered the required investment in the sector to meet demand.

Morecom has been active in the power sector and has helped utilities source funding to implement much needed extensions of national electricity grids connecting rural communities.
